• E-Waste Management Authorization: – Businesses that generate, collect, destroy, recycle, or dispose of electronic waste must obtain permission from the Assam Pollution Control Board. It ensures that e-waste should be managed safely and to follow the rules and regulation regulations to prevent environmental pollution and health hazards.
• Biomedical waste management authorization-: Institutions such as hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and facilities that use biomedical waste must obtain permission from Assam Pollution Control Board. This permit allows the processing and disposal of biomedical waste. It includes rules for the separation, storage, storage, safe transportation, processing, and disposal of waste to prevent pollution and protect human and environmental health.
•  No Objection Certificate (NOC) for Expansion/Modification-: Industries looking to expand or change their operations are required to obtain a No Objection Certificate from the Assam State Pollution Control Board. • Water and Air Pollution Monitoring Certificates-: Businesses and industries must obtain a certificate from the Assam State Pollution Control Board to certify that they comply with water and air quality standards. This includes monitoring and analysing waste and emissions.
